I'll be traveling out of my country to the US very soon and getting all my documents to apply for my student permit before leaving is a difficult task. Are there any documents I can get in the US to apply for my study permit, for a minor, that doesn't require coming all the way back to my country?

Why are you applying from the US? Generally speaking, it's easier to be approved when you apply from your home country rather than a country you are visiting. Much more difficult to show proof of ties when you apply outside of your home country.
