I got acceptance letter from Conestoga College for Construction Management PGDC certificate program last night. I am a Civil Engineer working in Saudi Arabia presently and have an experience of more than 3 years now. My IELTS score is 8.0 with no individual band less than 7.5. However, my academic history is a bit of a scuffle. I completed my Bachelors of Engineering in 2013 (something I was supposed to in 2011) because of my backlogs which were 10 in no. Here's the catch though. In the last two years of study I got no backlogs but only 3 absents. I am applying for an educational loan to cover my tuition fee and have money saved up for Living expenses in my account (the proof of which is my monthly Salary.)

What are the chances that I might get a study permit?

Study properly all visa requirement for your country. your chances are good one if you are able to satisfy VO that you have savings from your own earnings and if you have managed your accounts properly at least for last one year. its key
