Study permit - working over 20 hrs in school

Hello,
Kind hearted people please help with my question.
I am an international student.
I just got a part time job, Nd I was my manage just sent my schedule.
Its shows I'll work 32 hrs this week and 8 hrs next week. Meaning 40hrs in 2 weeks.
My work condition is only 20 hrs per week making it 40hours in 2 weeks .

I am confused if I can work this shift without a problem ,since it's still boils down to 40 hrs a week but not 20 hrs weekly.

The terms on my study permit says work 20hrs per week when you are in school.

Please let me know if this will not impact me in any ways as I will soon be renewing my study visa.

No - you can't work 32 hours in one week. That will be a violation of your work permit.
 
Regardless however way it makes up the hours, it is strictly 20 HOURS limit per week. Even if you do 1 hour this week and 39 hours next week, week translates as week only not fortnightly.
