Got acceptance letter from mohawk college without ielts. Should i apply for study permit without ielts or should i make ielts test before applying for study permit ?

Study permit has a checklist on CIC, check what it says.

IELTS is University or College's Requirement.

If College gave you Unconditional Offer You Can Apply Without IELTS.
