Hello, I’m Sharoz Irfan from Pakistan i had applied for study visa online application on 11th july for November 2018 intake via on 12th July i got biometric letter I submitted my biometrics on 13th july after that it took 43 days on 23rd August i got refusal.

CDI College for 2 year diploma in Networking & Internet Security

I have done my Intermediate and there is a education gap of 5 years because of my father I couldn’t continued my studies I started doing job in IT firm i had experience as a System Support Engineer after that i switched my job in media field as Sales Executive which is currently ongoing job.
Can anyone please help me out? Should i re apply for visa?
As i got the refusal with these reasons:
Family ties in Canada and in country of residence
Purpose of visit
Employment prospects in country of residence
Personal assests and financisl status
