Study Permit Visa - Nigerian Applicant for Jan 2018

I was wondering if anyone applied for a study permit in Nigeria. I applied in sept but classes starts in Jan 2018. I haven't gotten any response yet. Please share your thoughts or experience and if you have gotten any response if you applied in sept for study visa. thanks
