Study Permit through SDS program

Hello,
I have 2 inquiries
1. My ielts score are in Reading 7 band and remaining 3 components are 5.5 band each. These marks are acceptable by institute for Admission in their 1 yr diploma program in Canada, but issue is SDS eligibility criteria shows minimum 6 Band in each component. So what i will do know?
2. For my fund i have to get GIC but what about spouse and son fund? show bank statement and balance for my family?

Anyone have contact email address for Canada so i can dissuss my issue with them.

Your IELTS scores are very low. You will likely have difficulty being approved for a study permit. You should also be aware that family members of international students are not guaranteed permits/visas to stay in Canada while the student is studying. You should apply but it isn’t guaranteed. More like 50/50.
