study permit taking so long need help please

I applied for my study permit on 23jun 2016 got an update from CIC on 8th July to submit an additional document (that is the completion of 12th grade) submitted the document on 4th Aug,the deadline was 8 aug..My application status shows
Application-open
Medical-passed
Review of document- provided
Interview-not needed at this time
Actually, my college starts from 6 September and the orientation is on 31st Aug
What am i suppose to do? when Will I get the approval?..why is it taking so long ..please some good advice

It depends where your application is being processed right now? If it's bangalore office, you're gonna need more time.

keep calm & be positive. u will get ur results before 25th. even m also waiting for the same.my classes will start from 29th aug.

I guess it is being processed in delhi coz when i received the request for an additional document it showed new delhi immigration high commission canada
