Good day I submitted my study permit renewal 27 days before it expires and I included my letter of enrolment passport and other documents but got a mail today requesting for my educational transcript should I be concerned .

Not if you have been attending school full-time and have passed your courses.

Assume that may be why they are asking for your transcripts. Really depends on your study history.
