hello friends
i just received an email my study permit was rejected with the following reasons
-You have not satisfied me that you would leave canada at the end of your stay. in reaching this decision i consider several factors including:- length of proposed stay in canada, purpose of visit and le manque de coherance de votre academique
I wish reapplying as i got a letter from ma employer showing a 1year study leave my salary and job title(Nurse) and my integration after studies, can someone please advice me on how to go?
thanks

Good day dear Zaolistic,

I think I'm the same case with you, I'm ready to apply again Inchallah

The question is how to obtain this letter from my company that I will go into study leave? Or something like that?

And can I get this letter from any other employer different with my current employer?
Please advise.

Thank you in advance,

Although you state the reason given for rejection and the fact you are a nurse you failed to mention here exactly which course you are applying for and how that relates to your current occupation/future when returning to your home country.

It is not just about study leave it is also about whether makes any sense in the eyes of the VO that anyone needs to come to Canada for any particular course.

@Zaolistic First, for better comprehensive answers, you have to give a clear understanding by stating your full profile.

But if I got you correctly, I THINK course irrelevancy also was a major part, and/or your future plans(long term or short term), the impact of the propose course either to you or your home country wasn't clearly stated in your SOP.

..maybe also your course wasn't related to your (current) employment/work experience and/or intended course of study

Share your complete application profile and academic qualifications for more better understanding

Can you help me please?.. i also have a question..

I applied for a study permit, together with my dependents, (my spouse and 2 kids) last march 6, thru paper application. Along with our application, i sent them all the docs needed and my upfront medicals.. after morethan 2weeks, they require my family to take the medical exams, they took the med exams last march 20. Then i got a txt message from the vfs yesterday 06/04/2018 that our passports is already processed and ready for pickup or courier. Im a bit worried because i was expecting that the processing would take long, at least 2-3 months. I dont know if our visa is refused or approved.. my question is, would i receive an email from them if our visa is approved or refused? Does is mean that our visa is denied, that's why the processing took short time? Please help.. i need answers.. TIA

I hold a one year certificate in assistance nursx, have been working since 0ct 2009 and going in for a certificate program in continuous care, in my SOP i stated how relevant is my propsed course to my current job, i attached all my dad's properties, his business card, pay slip since his a civil servant and business man, attached his fixed assets i.e land certififcates, letter from bank as well as mind, his accnt balance stands at 47,700CAD and my own accnt balance was 28,634 CAD, i showed my pay slips and letter from my employer, but attached only the above documents (showing assets and accnt balance) in te section of proof of finance, and my academic credentials were attached in the section of SOP.

In my opinion, the problem is coming from your program type and intended course

Most times, even if you explain how relevant your course is or related, if the course isn't a competitive course(the VO would always think that why would you go so many troubles to come study in Canada when you can easily do it in your home country)

Apart from your 1yr certificate gotten in assistance nurse, do you have any other higher qualification?

If I may ask, what type of certificate program are you going for?

Since you didn't complete your higher national diploma, do you mean that you don't have any certificate degree??

Your best bet is to apply for a Diploma program. Before reapplying, request for your gcms note to ascertain a more comprehensive reason for the refusal
