Study Permit Rejected!!!

So this was my first time applying for a study permit which was for my september admission to Seneca and i received the news today that it was rejected because: i didn't satisfy that i had sufficient funds for my tuition as well as living in Canada.

How soon can i re-apply?

I will have new information to submit to them soon.
