Thank you for your interest in studying in Canada. After careful review of your study permit application and supporting documentation, I have determined that your application does not meet the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) and Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (IRPR). I am refusing your application on the following grounds:
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your travel history.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status.
You are welcome to reapply if you feel that you can respond to these concerns and can demonstrate that your situation meets the requirements. All new applications must be accompanied by a new processing fee.

Please somebody help me what will I do now?

I see you are a fresh high school graduate. Canada being your first country of choice, did you look up into other countries, or your own country as well? Why do you want to study in Canada and not any other country or your own? How will Computer Programming help you in your country?

Families ties, you have to show VO that you have something tied to you in your country and that you will for sure leave Canada after your stay. It could be like a future job offer, properties etc.

It could be connected to family ties for financial status and assets or, you didn't have enough funds to support yourself.

Before you apply again, I suggest you apply for GCSM Notes; it will have brief details about your refusal and will be easier to address them.

Are you an Indian residing in another country? Based on what I have read in other threads, such applicants have a high chance of refusal due to not being able to show strong home ties.
No, I am a permanent citizen of Bangladesh.

Can you give the complete details of your profile? Do you have any academic gap? Do you have family or relatives in Canada? What documents did you provide to demonstrate home ties and prove that you will be returning to your home country after completion of studies? Did you show sufficient funds? In any case, like the others on this thread have mentioned, do apply for GCMS notes.
