You need to provide your full profile.

1) Who is sponsoring your studies? Are you married?
2) Are you over 30? Do you have any property? Is your finance enough to pay rent and take care of you for a year without a job? Did you pay full tuition or half?

1. My uncle is sponsoring my studies because he has been taking care me even during my undergraduate studies. I provided a bank statement with a signed affidavit attached, which he declared he was the one taking care of me.

2. I'm 26 years. I have a property but is in my father's name. The amount on my bank statement I provided was around 80k CAD. I didn't pay for tuition because I saw it on their site that, I will bear the risk if I pay tuition. And I planned to pay after getting the approval. Because it will be checked at the border when entering. That's what I thought. I'm single and not working because I completed undergraduate just last year.

Thank you.

But I didn't include the proof of property or asset own by my father in the application. I just stated it in my study plan.

No one please. I'm just going there to study
You got refused in part because of your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence, which means you must have some relatives in Canada which has made the immigration officer think you would want to remain after your study permit expires.

We have to know all the facts to be able to help you.

As for personal assets and financial status, i think they might find that your uncle sponsoring your education might be an odd arrangement.

What program have you applied for?
