Hello,
My situation is a little bit complicate.
Originally I had a 2-year study permit for my masters in Ontario, then I applied to extend it for my PhD in McGill, Montreal. However, because my CAQ was delayed, I had to apply to the permit before my previous one expired, without CAQ, and it got refused of course. Now I had my CAQ, I applied both restoration and study permit again with CAQ. But because my class in McGill has already started for 3 month, I am worrying that the visa office will reject me again because they think I can't catch up the class. In my case, do I still have chance to get the study permit? If not, shall I ask McGill University to provide certificates to support me, or I have to go back to my home country, apply to both McGill University and study permit again for next year?
Need help!
Thank you.
