hello!

im in my early 30s, single, never married, no kids.

i have one LOT property of 14000 sq ft (1400 sq m). That's it.

my current job is language school teacher for 8 years.

Got refused for study permit because of Home Ties.

Any legit ideas how I can strengthen my Home Ties? Loan to a Local Government with contract for me to come back? Take Masters? Get married and leave the Spouse in the home country? Have kids and leave them in Home Country? I just think this reasoning is absurd.

I am a bonafide student but why would they refuse me on grounds of Weak Home Ties.

I already ordered my GCMS and hopefully will arrive in 4 weeks.

Thanks in advance!

Are you living in your home country / country where you have citizenship?

What were you planning on studying in Canada and at while school? What previous education do you have?

Sometimes IRCC will state weak home ties as the refusal reason when the planned studies in Canada are really part of the problem.

Home ties can be related to career progression, job offer, home, investments etc. Your program may be an issue if it doesn’t expand on your education and offer career advancement in your home country.

ZERO TRAVEL HISTORY

4 years Nursing (2007-2011) - but did not finish
8 years as language school teacher (2014-Present) - to young kids

Proposed study
Early Childhood Education, 2 year Diploma in a Public College DLI

So you have an uncompleted program and are already a language school teacher. How will taking ECE in Canada help your career given you didn’t finish your nursing.

Goal: Become an ECE Teacher in a Private International School in Home Country, where I could earn 4x what I will ever earn in my current job.

Why not get the education in Home Country to become a Teacher:
Because it would take 4 years Bachelors Degree, 1 year review for National Exam to be licensed, 2 years Masters, and at least 3 years relevant experience to be hired by the Private International School. That's a total of 10 years before I become desirable to them. If I finish International Education in Canada in 2 years, I will be equally as desirable.

Just fyi, i was not this elaborate in the SOP. So my main concerns are:
Do I just make a better SOP to be approved?
Or no matter how good my SOP would be, they would still reject me?
Is it more highly probable they would approve me if i change program to let's say a 4 year Degree in Nursing?

But you aren’t applying to become a teacher, which in Canada requires an undegrad degree and 2 year’s teacher’s college. You are applying to be a ECE which in Canada is not a teacher. It is to work in daycares, nursery schools etc. So your reasoning of why Canada makes no sense since it takes years to become a teacher in Canada, and you aren’t applying to be a teacher.

Right sorry I was not clear.

ECE Teacher in a Private International School in Home Country is the goal.

Ok so your plan is to teach nursery school or work in the daycare. You will have to be clear because you started and didn’t complete your nursing program and now want to apply for ECE. In Canada, ECE has a very different focus that what you are referring to as it is traditionally low paying and you are not a teacher. I still can’t understand why getting your education in your home country would take 10 years for an ECE position.

Because the target is a Private International School where they pay 4-5 times the salary average of Teachers. That is why they only hire the best of the best if you are locally educated. But with International Education & Training, then i won't have to achieve the goal in such a long time.
