Study permit refusal urgent plz help

Hi

My study permit extension has been refused due to missing document (University letter). I cannot enroll in summer as i donot have a permit and i cannot take classes in winter as i have pre-req which i am to take in summer. I have finished 2 semesters untill now.

Earlier i had come to university A i changed to University B and lost one semester i was idle in canada.

What are my options in reapplying

The fact that you missed a semester breaches the conditions of you student visa. Best option is to go back and re-apply, and don't even think about catching a Canadian and getting married for purpose of staying legally
