Hi there, my study permit application was refused. The VO refused the application based on,

  • I am not satisfied that you have truthfully answered all questions in the documents you have submitted in support of your application, as required by subsection 16 (1) of IRPA. Specifically, I am not satisfied that the following information is truthful: Incomplete employment/personal history.
  • I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 200 (1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
  • I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 200 (1) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status
  • I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 200 (1) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence
I am a fresh graduate and applied for masters studies on my own by collecting information from various student groups. Since, I am a fresh graduate, I don't even have any employment history and I have mentioned the same information in my study permit application. On the personal history, actually I don't know what went wrong.

I have seen many grounds for refusing an applicant, mostly based IRPR subsection 216 (1). Unfortunately I have never seen anything like this. I hope someone could shed some light on this matter.
