Dear MD JAKIR HOSSAIN
Thank you for your interest in studying in Canada. have reviewed your study permit application and supporting documentat on to assess whether you meet the requirements for a study permit (https://www.canada.ca/enimmigration-refugees-czenship/services/study-canada/study-permit eligibilty.html). This includes assessing whether you are coming to Canada temporarily for the reason(s) you describe in your application. I have determined that your application does not meet the requirements of the immigration and Refugee Protection Act (RPA) (https Maws lols justice.gc.ca/englacts/1-2 Sindex hem) and immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (RPR) (https aws-lois justice gc.ca/eng/regulations/ser-20112-227indes.htm) am refusing your application.

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as required by paragraph R218(1X) of the IFPR (pstaws-lois justice.gc.ca/engregations/sor-2002-2271 section 216.html). I am refusing your application because you have not established that you will leave Canada, based on the following factors

Your assets and financial situation are insufficient to support the stated purpose of travel for yourself (and any accompanying family member(s), applicable).

The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the details you have provided in your application

⚫ Pursuant to paragraph 220(a) of the IPPA, am not satisfied that you have sufficient and available financial resources, without working in Canada, to pay the tuition fees for the course or

program of studies that you intend to pursue ⚫Pursuant to paragraph 220(b) of the IRPA, I am not satisfied that you have sufficient and avaiable financial resources, without working in Canada, to maintain yourself and any family members who are accompanying you during your propcoed period of study.

Order GCMS notes. Post your profile (age, education, job, where you live, citizenship), program and how much in funds you have in your bank accounts. Are you single?

Order your GCMS notes to have more information about why the decision was made to refuse your application. From what I read you need to get more funding. Make sure the funds are in the name of the principal applicant

Order GCMS notes but your program makes no sense if you plan to open a hotel chain. You would want to take a MBA. Is this a post grad program because a diploma is not building on your education. Given your age, it seems like a way to immigrate which is not even guaranteed. Not sure how you can justify costs of education with higher paying job if opening a hotel.

Business accounts don’t count as funds. How much do you have in personal funds? If you don’t have personal funds, then you don’t have enough money. Monthly income doesn’t count either. And who are the family members? Spouse would be your only member whose bank accounts considered.
