Hi everyone can you help me plz?. My sponsor is my aunt and she's paying all of my expense and tuition fee, so do I need to fill in my parent's income and tax in the Questionnaire? Cuz if I do, i'll hav to give legal supporting docs, which would take a lot of time and is not very necessary.
Thanks in advanced.:).

As far as I remember, you only need documents of the person sponsoring you (parents in most cases). If you're being sponsored by a 3rd party (your aunt in this case), you'll have to provide a strong explanation as to why she's sponsoring you instead of your parents. Income tax documents are usually provided for sponsors so your parents' income tax documents won't be required as long as they're not playing a role in providing you with FINANCIAL support. But it would be better to confirm this with the Canadian High Commission as requirements keep changing and you never know what the Visa Officers actually want.

Thanks RIDZ for your information.:). I know it's best to provide as much info as I can to the Visa Officer, but the thing is, in the Study Permit Questionnaire, they said you must provide "legal supporting docs" along with the information so I'm confused. SO here are two option I come up with:
-I fill in my parents' income, tax,etc...but provide no legal supporting docs. And then explain it in the cover letter.
-I left it blank or write N/A and then explain it later.
Oh and one more thing, you can explain your study plan and explain things in the cover letter right? I mean the cover letter is not just about study plan, it must cover almost everything in my files right?.
Thanks for your help, it means a lot to me.:).

Option 1 seems good. As long as you can fully explain your condition with valid reasons, you should be fine.

And the terms "cover letter" and "study plan" mean different things in different countries. From where I come from, they both mean the same thing, even though they generally serve different purposes. Cover letter's supposed to mention what your file carries but I attached my checklist instead and wrote a study plan to explain my current conditions and upcoming plans.

It asks me to disclose the name of the agent, while I have got none. Failure to disclose agent could negatively affect decision? Seriously? I am applying myself, will that .negatively affect my application?

You can apply all by yourself. In my case also, there were not any agents involved, yet I got visa.
