Study permit questionnaire.........help needed

In the study permit questionnaire there are 6 blocks and my my qualification is 10th, advance diploma in computer application,+2 and ad in computer hardware.........and what 2 write in other 2 blocks.................as they said do not leave gaps

Write N/A since you got nothing to write in those fields

The VFS had a different questionnaire just TWO weeks earlier!! My God I can't believe how they keep changing their forms every now and then. If gaggy wouldn't have asked, I probably would never have known. Thanks bro!!

I searched "study permit questionnaire" on google and it led me to vfs global india and I didn't even notice :$ (The CA dude induced some serious clumsiness in me I see -_-).

I issued 2 statements (in favour of both my parents). So he said it was 2000 per statement.

Nah. He took 2000 from me too. But since I went through a channel, I got 3 original copies signed from him for the price of one

Well I wasn't dumb enough to issue just 1 set so I asked for an extra as well . He seemed to be reluctant at 1st but I convinced him eventually

just to let you know,,, dont use that student questionnaire for Bangladesh,,,,use this one
