hi all,
seeking urgent help.
I am a student and i am study permit expires in April 30, 2025. I have applied for Inland Spouse Sponsor PR and have the AOR as well.
I have applied for another study permit inside canada recently and i am waiting for the decision. I have intentionally applied for study permit because i wanted to start a new course in May 2025 in health sciences.
While i am waiting for study permit approval (its already been 4 weeks), i want to apply for either PGWP (eligible under current study permit) or i can apply for OWP ( under inland spouse sponsor PR ), i am working part time and i want to able to start work part time after applying for any of the above permit. What path should i choose here ?
My goal is not to go out of status, and be able to continue working part time. Can someone please help me choose on what i should do here ?
Any help is appreciated, i am aware that my scenario is different as i am applying SP while my PR is on going, but i am really seeking any help i can get. Thank you in advance !
