Study permit - Part Time program at CPAWSB

I want to enroll with CPAWSB for CPA PEP. CPA PEP is a post-graduate professional program with a practical experience component. It is a part-time study program where students are expected to work full-time in an accounting or a financial management related position while studying.

Do CIC issue study visa for a part time program if you are applying from outside Canada?

Even I am looking for answers to the same question, CPA is a professional training program and on the CIC website it is mentioned that study permits may be issued for professional training programs. Please let me know if you find any information related to it.

Study permit will be refused.

The studies are only part time and the work component makes up more than 50% of the studies.
