Study permit no updates..

Hi everyone,

I submitted an application for the study permit on June 5th, but the status has been like "
Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start reviewing your eligibility." since then. Meanwhile, I also applied a work permit for my wife, and her application showed no updates as well.

Does anyone know if this is normal? I read some threads before that some got their study permit in 2 weeks..

Well, it can take upto 7 weeks for India. It also depends on what country you have applied from.
