Study Permit Issue

Hello there , my name is Setra Ariliva and I have an issue with my study permit. I finished my biometrics and passed the medical examination test. I have been asked for additional documents. The document are as follow

> Client Information: Receipt of information from client - detailed information on Co-op from institution. This must be received at this office by

I do know and I have uploaded my education transcripts already , there is no problem with that document. However I do not know what is the "Client Information" document. From which Institution ? The institution I will be attending or the institution where I graduated ? what is that document please ?
I am applying for a study permit where Co-op work permit is necessary, I have uploaded that document proving that work is necessary in the program I am applying. It is in my acceptance letter.
I really need help.

You will have to get this document from the institution that you are planning to attend. The IRCC wants to confirm the exact details of your intended co-op work and thus you have to mail the institution and request them to send the requisite details.

Hi there , can you explain further more ?
Giving more information on the document ? It is stated in my letter of acceptance that "Internship/Work Practicum" is required ? Do I reupload the letter of acceptance or do I need to ask NSCC to makea document detailing the Co-op work requirement ?

You will have to request a fresh letter from the institute with detailed information specific to the internship as the IRCC has asked for the same. Uploading the old acceptance letter will not be of help.
