I need advice reg. student visa (addition of wife and child)
I graduated (MS -$16, 500/annum as stipend) from Nova Scotia Agricultural college in 2010. Later I got my Post Graduate work permit (valid till March 2013). I returned back to my country (India) during July, 2010. I have been working in India since Sept, 2010.
Currently, I got ,my [glow=red,2,300]PhD position (Graduate research assistant) [/glow]at Univ. of Manitoba with financial assistance ($17,000/annum for 3 years + $4000 for first year). The project which I got now is highly related to my MS project.
I would like to apply for student visa from India and I would like to add my wife and child (1 year) along with my visa application.
Please note: My wife's visa application was refused 3 years back (2009), when I was working as Graduate research Assistant in Canada.
Please advise me in this regard.
