Hi,
I have a question and i'm going to give you some background on the situation.
I was on a study permit.
I finished my program on April 31st 2021 and received my letter of completion and transcripts on May 10th 2021.
I was allowed to work part time from April 31st until I received my letter of completion and transcripts, then I had to stop working which I did and applied for my PGWP on the same day. (May 10th) From the period of May 1st-May 10th I worked 28 hours. Then from May 11th-May 15th I worked 11.7 hours for five days.
My pay period with my current company is semi-annually (24 times a year.)
They put on my pay period 86.67 hours.
Taking into account the part time hours from May 1st-10th then the five 12 hour shifts (rounding up) from May 11th-15th.
I am just curious as to whether IRCC will think that I was working full time between the hours of May 1st-May 10th?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I also have a letter from my HR department confirming my transition to full time hours from May 11th.
