Study permit from UAE

Hi, I chose UAE for both and got refused on Dec 14 (same refusal grounds as Greeny). My consultant strongly discourages putting PH address in your current country of residence as it is a misrepresentation.

I am planning to reapply after receiving GCMS notes next month.

Plan A: Put UAE in my current address but will put PH in question number 9 (consultant already agreed to do this for my reapplication but said that the initial review will still be done by Abu Dhabi office and then the final decision will be from PH. I think this is still better than choosing UAE for question #9 though)

Plan B: Take my vacation leave and go to PH then lodge my application while I am in PH so that I can declare PH as my current country of residence as well. (I still need to discuss this with my consultant though and this alternative is too expensive so I wanna try Plan A first)

Even i go Pakistan my application will process in abu dhabi thats the bad things all Pakistani applications process in abu dhabi

I trying to find someone comments in this forum which i seen 3 months before that he applied from UAE and refused two times and later he mentioned philpines even was residing in UAE and his visa was approved. Ok for a moment we think that we write philpines or pakistan but not able to go Pakistan or philpines and for that we need medical if we write Pakistan and i give medical in Dubai. All of these things even if possible but what we will write in personal statement that we was working in Dubai but resigned and came back to home country etc. I dont know that person who did this as i had seen his comments long time ago. Applying from UAE is 0.1 percent chance of visa approval

Yes, I know lots of people who got refused in UAE then reapplied using Philippine address as their current country of residence and got approved. Now they are in Canada. However, I do not want to follow this as it is not truthful. Who knows, maybe when they apply for PR in the future, this little lie will affect the application or even worse, if they are already PR and applied for Citizenship, it might get refused and their PR might be revoked. I do not want to spend so much time, effort, and money just to waste it all in the end.

Even i go Pakistan my application will process in abu dhabi thats the bad things all Pakistani applications process in abu dhabi

I just submitted 3rd application. With alot of changes in sop and loe and also some more documents. I did 3rd because after 7 jan course will be defer so i keep alive this chance as 3rd time. if refuse then i will have many months for changing course or judicial review etc and also plan B as UK.
If i dont submit then i have to wait 6 more months like getting new offer in same course or different college university so i decided let try another. GCM notes will come this week so i will prepare reconsideration with GCM for 3rd refusal. And after that i have many months to be relax and do something else

One thing this all i planned earlier. Today full day i sit on laptop and worked more good for new application and finally submitted

About plan B i need your help if u ask from consultant or may b you know. If you go philpines for one month and apply from there. What u will write in sop for work experiecne which u doing in UAE. This is the only comment u really need to justify employment prospect in country of citizenship philpine where u not doing job. Those guys who got ppr by mentioning philpine instead of UAE, how they justified employment history in country of residence

What are the requirements for Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) Attestation? I went to MOFA and they told me that I first need a KHDA certificate attestation then i’ll go to MOFA once again. What are the usual requirements that I need to bring? Thanks!

From what I've seen on this forum, most SP applications processed in Abu Dhabi/UAE that were sent by temporary residents in UAE were refused, even though some of them actually had strong cases. I encourage you to apply from your home country to avoid the risk of refusal.

I have finished bachelors in commerce with computer application from Kerala in 2010, Worked in Infosys, Xerox till 2017 as analyst and came to Dubai for a company in jafzza as their CRM analyst but due to the work pressure I quit the job and joined in abudhabi school as their staff. Now I got a offer / admission letter from Nova Scotia CBU for business analytics. My first SOP was very poor and 2nd one I made with strong evidence and documents. I thought, I will be getting 2nd time. But they are saying the reasons.Now have to apply for a final time . I hope I can put current residence as India, instead of Uae. but I m worried about th future questions in PR/ citizen if God willing. Or should I go to India in vacation and apply from there in SDS category? My profile is already there in express entry pool. Will it be a trouble?Can I take the medical upfront? Pls enlighten your thoughts..

I hope you are doing well.

Is there any forum which could guide how to use India/home country in the application while you are still in UAE. This is mainly linked with applying from home country meanwhile you are still in UAE.

There are three areas where you have to chose the country.

1. What is your current country/territory of Residence (This one comes while filling out the online application)

Then other two questions from IMM1294e form

2. Current Country or Territory of Residence

3. Country of Territory where applying
