So I know that if you're a visitor in Canada and want to get study permit you need to submit to the LA office. I looked and looked but couldn't find an answer to everything (or people say different things). So, three questions:
- how do I pay the CIC fees since I can only apply on paper and the VAC website says "Important notice: Payments made via internet will not be accepted." ?
- will I have to go to the border if my permit gets accepted? And should I send my passport with my application or wait until they ask me to?
- I haven't been to the doctor yet, so could I submit now and send the exam as soon as I receive them? Or do I have to wait until they request it?
