Hi .. I need some guidance because this is my first application for a study permit.

i am fresh gradate. i have bachelor degree in Architecture. My GPA is 4.77 (first honor).
i visited Canada twice, and i was granted a visitor extension once. i never overstayed in Canada, and i leave before the time expires.
my nationality is Yemeni, but i live in Saudi Arabia (i have permanent residence).
all my family members have permanent residence in Saudi Arabia.
i will be sponsoring myself, i have 35,000 CAD in my account (saving and some grants). is this enough?

i want to study my Master degree in Canada, but i wish to have some continuing education courses first because i am somehow weak in some design technical aspects like Photoshop, Auto cad and graphic skills.

i need advice for my application to get approved. is there something missing?
even though short courses doesn't require study permit, i won't be allowed to enter Canada without a permit or legal document.

First of all make sure u have proper documents for ur residence in Saudi Arabia as visa officer might also take that into consideration .

U r sponsoring urself with 35k as far as i know 1st year tuition fee is somewhere 15k aswell living expenses that is 10k.
U will be studying so there is no continous source of income as on study permit u will he allowed to work 20 hours but that are beyond visa VO WIll look at present source of funds and availability.
Why will canada allow u to study short courses in canada where u can study those in ur country of residence as there is no such major difference on those and if somehow u convince VO to take them so how u can find ur further main cousre.

Hi @AKSHAYCHAUHAN181
i have a question...i finished my required courses for graduation on Dec 2018 and i have 3 month gap until my final convocation ceremony in May 2019 (i will get my bachelor certificate after the ceremony). i really want to study short courses during this time gap. Does make sense now to apply for short courses?
