Hi,
I have recently applied for a TRV as an "extended family member" for my fiancée in India (but unfortunately the VAC's in India are not giving appointments for biometrics for TRV's as of today). She wants to do her Master's Degree in Canada and she is planning on applying for universities for admission for the Winter intake of 2022. Is ok to apply for a study permit once she gets an admit from an University? Would this have any negative effect on her study permit application as I have already applied a TRV (as an "extended family member) for her as well? What is the approval rate for study permit and what has been the processing time for study permit in this current situation? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks In Advance
