My wife has got an admission into University of Toronto for the Fall 2019 session and we are trying to find out how to apply for study permit. The problem is I have submitted my PR application on March 15th under EE-FSW and I have added my wife as accompanying spouse. We are concerned if there will be any problem if we apply for her study permit while we wait for the PR approval.
To add to the mix, my company had applied for ICT work permit for me and OWP for my wife back in Oct 2018 but due to certain issues, they were not able to send me yet. What would be the best option for my wife to start her studies this fall? Will this be considered as dual intent? What all can I include in the letter of explanation for study permit application?
