I've applied for a Study Permit at the Mexico City office a few days ago, for September 2013 intake.
As my admission letter is from UQAM (Université du Québec à Montréal), I first had to apply for a CAQ and received a letter 705, which means a financial assessment has already been done on me, according to the Operational Bulletin 466.
I'm assuming the Embassy will NOT repeat the financial assessment, so my process should be a little faster. Anyone has experience or opinions around this topic?
