Study Permit extention Refused from India

Hello, I went to Canada in 2018 at KPU University with General Studies program. I did attempted 2 semesters there and took Summer semester off. Then. In september 2019 i changed my college and started Studying Tourism and Business at Hanson @Cambrian college but. I got sick in mid of the semester and got hospitalised and can back to India in October 2019 for renal transplant. I went through surgery in july 2020. My Visa and Study permit was also expired in july 2020. I started online classed in January 2021 and still studying online and currently in my 3rd semester and in a good health. I have sufficient funds all orignal college receipts and medical certificates from doctors. I did gave ielts again in june 2021 and re-applied in August 2021 with all legit documents. But, Still my application was refused and refusal letter states that " Visa officer is not sure i will leave canada after completing my studie" and " My program is irrelevant with my previous studies." BTW, my file was lodged under general category cause my IELTS score were low just in one module writing. other than that i scored 6.5,7,6.5 in other modules. So, Can anyone suggest me what should i do. I have consulted with some agents and they told me to re-apply with SOP and IELTS 6 each. If anyone have any suggestions please replay ASAP.

When you switched DLI, did you informed IRCC? How many semesters in total in your current program

I suspect your previous DLI sent report to the Immigration and that you don't appear as actively studying there. Im not sure if the immigration revoked your Study permit but that explains the reasons why they refused your application based on the purpose of visit. Despite your medical situation that IRCC is not aware of, to them you did not demonstrate progression toward completing your studies. I know its complicated but i guess they can enrol you to do online studies and complete your 4th semester.

Hello again, So, Is there any chance that IRCC will renew or extend my study permit if i re-apply ? Because i want to attend 4th semester on campus and wish to travel back as i am fit and fine now. My college said they will keep me under temporary suspension if i will not provide them my restored study permit. They said in this way i will not lose my ability for PGWP.

Actually, My last semester in co-op means I have to work 40 hrs in field placement in order to receive my certificate, I have all supporting letters from school because when I told them, my visa has been refused they, send me a Co-op letter and supporting letter to make my case strong, Do you think it would be helpful to write that in an explanation letter?

I responded to you in another thread. You can’t extend your study permit which expired years ago. You would have applied for a new permit. Also I believe you studied a couple of semesters without applying for or being on a study permit, correct? When did you apply for your new study permit and when did you start studies?
