Study Permit Extension

Hii,

In April 20 2023, I applied for my study permit extension.
Fast forward to May 16th 2023 I got an approval letter that a decision has been made. I also received a "Passport Request" so therefore I sent my passport on May 16th to Ottawa Visa Application Center.

On May 19th, I got my passport back with a V1 visa valid till 2029. I was confused to see the V1 visa first and then I researched about it from the government website and I came across this:
"As of July 2021, you may be issued a TRV with a ‘V-1’ code, even if you applied for a study or work permit. This is not an error and you can use your TRV until the expiry date."

So my question is will I get my study permit mailed to me afterwards? I am a little confused about this situation. If somebody could help that will be very much appreciated.

There are two things here, TRV Application and TRP Application, in this case Study Permit. Did you make separate application for the extension of study permit?

I only did one application and there was an option where I selected For study purposes

Hiii i have also applied form my sp extension on 12th April but still i haven't received any update or response from IRCC!
can you tell me how much time it will take to get approval or response !
