Hello, Due to some reasons i have to take 3 years study so my question is that can i extend my CAQ and Study permit two times as i am taking 1-1 year study so can i extend CAQ and Study Pemit two times

Hello i have a question, i am helping my friend to extend his work permit he just came here last year and never travel anywhere. My question is about coming to Canada of form IMM5700E question#1 i entered the date and place of his original entry here in Canada and question#3 is the same date and place coz he never travel at all but the screen of my computer showing the correct format is must be greater than issuance date. What does this mean. I should i put in question#3 coming to canada form.
