I have a visa and study permit both till 30th December 2017 but I completed my program on 21st April and I was enrolled in co-op and I withdrew from co-op on 14th June 2017 so I got my completion letter on 14th June stating that I graduated on 21st April 2017 and I applied for my study permit extension on 17th June 2017. Now my question is Did I graduated early or on time?
Which date will be considered to count 90days - 21st April or 14th June?
Will my being in India and that I applied from here have a negative or positive impression on visa officer?
Should I stay in India till my return flight which is on 25th August(because my next program classes will begin on 31st August) or Should I get back to Canada as soon as possible?
If anyone has faced the similar issue and who has knowledge, please guide because I cannot afford getting my study permit extension refusal although I attached all the required scanned documents-- passport, visa and permit, finance proof(Scotia Bank-7000$ and Indian bank-7000$), paid 1st sem fee receipt),Next program full acceptance and previous program Completion letter & Transcripts and Study permit extension form. in the application.
