I wish to extend my study permit. I recieved a diploma for engineering and was accepted to go into getting a degree from a university fall 2009, due to extenuating circumstances I had to dropp out of school, and because of the nature of the program, I could only resume as of Sept 2010.
My visa expires June 2010 and was wondering if any of you think it will e a problem to renew because of the year off.
I dont have that much money, but I have a cousin who helped me to get the initial visa and was wondering if they would accept her finanicial records on my behalf.
I am really stressing, any help will be appreciated.
Regards.

Doesnt seem like a big big problem if you stopped for a year for inevitable reason. Just show your enrolled, and even better if you paid the tuition already. But its on up the the counsel.

What I do know for sure is showing your couzin's financial records shouldnt be a problem, since Ive done so myself.I Had my parents show their bank statement with a letter stating that they would provide me financial support. I got my permit then
