Study Permit Extension

I applied to extend my study permit on November 30. When I sent the online application I realized I didn't submit my transcript but a new letter of acceptance from the school and a new immigration letter. Since then, I haven't received any answer from CIC. What is happening? Is anyone of you on the same boat as me? Are you living something similar?

Since then, I haven't received any answer from CIC. What is happening? Is anyone of you on the same boat as me? Are you living something similar?

1. It's optional to submit either transcript or new LOA with study permit renewal application.
