Study Permit Extension Status

Hi!
I applied for my study permit extension in August’24 however there has been no updates regarding my status. The only status that’s shown is my application has been submitted. My studies are ending in April’25 and as I do not have any documents I am also not able to take up my co-op placement as the extension and co-op permit is pending.
Moreover, my spousal open work permit extension is also submitted with my study permit extension. Can someone guide me as this is really stressful.
