I am currently applying for a 6.5-month study permit extension which expires on 03 January 2012.
With respect to the documents showing "Proof of Means of Financial Support," I have provided the following documentation and I pleased if people here could comment on weather this is sufficient:
>> Proof of a Canadian back account; and
>> two pay-stubs representing consecutive pay periods in October (TA position).
Re: Passports:
I am a US Passport holder which does not have any indication as to the city of issue directly on the passport. Yet, CIC wants to know city of issue. Since my US address is in Oregon, and I believe I saw a Seattle address on the Passport return envelope from the PP agency, this is what I put. Would that be reasonable as an educated guess?
