study permit extension,, need help very fast

Hello Guys
I am international student in Canada right now and I need to work on my study permit extension very soon cause it will finish by August and I have some questions about that

1. how much money I need to put on bank account which I will send with the application if I will extend for one year ?? I have credit card here if I send copy of it is that will help??
2. I will apply online but I heard that the website most of the time is out of service so what I should to do this case ?? and what the expected time for processing?? even online or by mail

You would need to show some bank statements to prove that you can support yourself during your stay in Canada. Generally the amount would be in calculation to the living expenses (rent) and the tuition fee incase you are extending your study term. You can send them a copy of your credit card statement stating the limit and good financial standing. Show about 4-5k in bank balance just to be on the safe side.

If you send your application by May end, you should be fine. Incase you get late for any reason and the application is submitted before the expiry of your study permit and during the wait times of processing your current study permit expires, you would fall under an implied status of your study permit which is for 90 days.
