Study Permit Extension Delay

Hey guys I am wondering if anyone is going through the same.
I applied for Study permit extension on April 10 2020 and my last study permit expired on 31st December 2020. I send almost 100 of webforms and called so many times to there client information centre but the reply I get from them is very generic. The reason I applied that early because I thought they will process it on time but they didn’t obviously.

I'd suggest to get GCMS notes.
Have an MP follow up for you.
What's your profile? Why do you need extension? Been full time student?

I already have applied for GCMS notes. I had to take medical leave for a semester that’s why needed extension. I already approached MP and Prime Minister office but they also gave me the same reply as IRCC.
