Study permit extension approved but no approval letter or new document

Just so everyone knows, the processing time on cic website is incorrect. Applied November 16th got approval January 1st but no message in my account indicating that it was approved. Why could this be? Anyone experience the same thing?

Same issue with me ircc call center agent told that my application approved but there is no update or email in my account. how long it took for you to arrive message or physical study permit.

I applied for my study permit extension on 22nd September and it takes just 2 days to aporove but the validity showing the same date as previous study permit. It showing approved but not extended. Is it mistake or not?
