I applied for study permit extension and spousal open work permit on the 18th of August and it has been on review and background check processing. It’s over a month now and my permit has expired. How long do I have to wait

Thank you . I just checked and I’m wondering if the two applications will be processed together at the processing time for study permit extension or processing time for sowp. I just pray it comes out soon

They can be processed separately as two different types of permits.

Did you get any update? I also applied for my study permit extension and SOWP along with it in Sept 23.
