Study Permit Expiring

Hello everyone,

I am graduating in April 2013, and my study permit is also expiring in April 2013. What should I do in this case? Will CIC issue me anymore study permit for a shorter period of time like a month or two, to get me diploma in convocation (June)?? And what about the Work-permit? If I am applying for study permit extension, do I also need to apply for the off-campus work permit extension (Since it is expiring along with study permit)? And will I need to show the Proof of Funds? I have already paid my fees, I am not getting my extension to study more, but to staying to get my diploma at convocation. If the Bank Statement is required, then how much should be the funds in account (any limit)?

Did anyone go through this situation? Please advice me accordingly if anyone knows the solution.

1. Apply for bridge extension visa, you may get up to 90 days to apply for PGWP.
2. You can't work full/part time based on your expired OCWP, will have to apply for renewal.
