hi, I have been a student in canada for the past three years, my study permit expired and the 90 days grace period elasped, i left immediaely i found out to re-apply in another country, the embassy sent me a message saying i should send my transcripts, personal statements. now i am scared because my previous year was really bad, i had bad grades, what do you think would happen, is there a chance i would be refused the study permit because of my transcripts.

Please help

You have no other option but to submit your previous transcripts at the concerned embassy.

I do not think if grades holds too much importance in the approval of visa. May be the concerned embassy would like to see if you have successfully completed all the courses or may be such transcripts are just a part of visa process.
