I am vaibhav Patel. I had completed my study international business management from St Clair college in 2018-2019. I just started my PG supply chain management but I couldn't complete it cause of medical issues (cancer deices). Currently my study permit is expired. My IELTS certificate is also gone expired. Either it is possible to extend my study permit or I am eligible to apply for open PGWP? I don't know. My leave was authorized by the way.
Thanks

When did your study permit expire?

Did you change your status to visitor before your study permit expired?

You cannot apply for a PGWP since you did not complete your program. That is not an option.

My study permit had expired on December 2019.
Unfortunately I didn't change my status to visitor as I went back to my country.

You need to apply for a new study permit.

I have already completed my study over there. 1 year course "International business management".

I don't understand what you are asking.

It's too late to apply for a PGWP based on your first program. A PGWP is not an option.

If you want to return to Canada to study another program, then you need to apply for a new study permit.

I wanna know that I left Canada because of medical reason, cause of cancer. Right now I'm in India. Am I eligible to apply for work permit or extend my study permit on reason of severe medical emergency?

Again no, you are not eligible for a work permit.

It is not possible to extend your study permit if it has already expired and you are outside of Canada. Once again, you must apply for a new study permit.

Too late for PGWP based on first course, expired permits cant be extended outside Canada. New SP is the way to go.
