Study permit Expired on Nov 30th 2016, Now No Status

HI,

I came to Canada, Ontario in Sept 2013 for 3 years of program. I completed my studies by Aug 2016. I had some financial issues so I couldn't pay the full fees for my last semester, so that means college didn't provide me the graduation certificate or transcript till now its on hold with the college until i pay the remaining balance on my fees. My study permit was valid till Nov 30th 2016. I couldn't pay the fees yet ($5500 fees). I was aware about that I have to apply for restoring the status within 90 days after the permit expire. I wanted to apply for post graduate permit after paying fee but I couldn't do it because of the remaining fees and college don't provide the transcript until then. so now I am here in Canada itself without any status, didn't go out of country till now. with no visa or no valid permit. Now even if I wants to go out of Canada and to come back I can't without a valid visa or permit.
What can I do now? How can I get a visa or permit to stay in Canada or to go out of Canada and come back ?

Sorry, I didn't take care of this situation well before itself. I didn't find any similar case anywhere over the internet. If anyone had any similar issues or any knowledge about what can I do next, please advice

Thanks

It's too late for you to apply for a Post Graduate Work Permit. To qualify, you had to apply within 90 days of officially completing your program.

If you did not apply to restore your status, then it is now too late to fix your status from within Canada. At this point your only option is to leave Canada.

Once you have left Canada and are back in your home country, you can then apply for a new visa. If you want to work in Canada, you'll need to first find an employer willing to offer you a full time job and that employer will need to obtain an approved LMIA. Once you have the job offer and approved LMIA, you can then apply for a closed work permit tied to that specific employer. If you want to visit Canada, then you would apply for a visitor visa.

I would encourage you to leave Canada as soon as possible since the longer you remain in Canada without status, the more difficult it will be to return in the future.
