I have an unusual case in education pathway. I want to do an undergraduate diploma after my bachelors in engineering.

I have completed my Bachelors in Engineering in the year 2015. I have been working in animation industry(started as an animator and now a storyboard artist(2months back)) since 2017 after a brief 1 year certificate course.

I am currently in a situation where I do not possess the basic design knowledge needed to progress in my career. The skills that people gain from doing a 4 year bachelors in Animation cannot be learnt during the job, i'm understanding that it definitely requires formal training.

As I am not eligible to do a Masters in arts without an Arts Degree, and there are no Graduate programs* that are fitting for my requirement, I am not able to find any course other than a 2 year Undergraduate diplomas which fit my requirement perfectly. If I do not learn at this point, my career will hit a wall in the next 3-4 years of time.

*I wish to get into Storyboarding, and eventually Direction for animation feature films. My requirement is to do a course which can teach me the basics of 2D animation and designs(character design, environment design, etc) . But most Graduate programs are only focused on 3D animation which is not of my interest. Only one or two graduate Diplomas are fitting for me, but are from Non-Designated Learning Institutions which would not let be apply for a PGWP.

1. Will my study permit be accepted if I state my purpose clearly for the Visa Officer?
2. Are there any short alternative courses I can do to be eligible for doing a Masters in Fine Arts?
3. Will my age(28) cause a problem?

I have tried finding answers from various resources. But, since my case is not very common people usually just advice me that doing a undergrad will not work. Am I trying to do something which is impossible? or is there any small chance of it working out?
