Is it necessary for accompanying spouse and children to take their biometrics as well?

I'm asking because letter is sent to main applicant (no mention of spouse or children)

Thank you! :)

Yes, you should all take biometrics.

Spouse - yes. Kids - spends on age. Processing may not take place at the same time so letter for spouse may come later.

Yes, the letter for spouse hasn't come yet - but can they take it even if their biometrics letter hasn't come in yet? Or is it recommended to wait until it arrives? I'm asking because the main applicant has biometrics appointment tomorrow and might as well take the family as well...

What is the age requirement for biometrics?

Thank you! :)
